Renae was extremely helpful and clearly demonstrated a high level of subject-matter knowledge. Her professionalism and strong drive to secure a satisfactory outcome for me - as a customer - was very much appreciated. It reflects very well on Clean Power as a company. I don't know your staffing structure, however if at all possible, I would consider making her a team leader, as (even from my limited exposure to her) I am confident that she would inspire her team to a similar high standard of customer service

Over the years of the battery upgrades and interest free loans - I have had 2 batteries installed and upgraded my solar panels 3 time's, Dan has always been there to guide me through the processes. No hard sales just easy access to him with questions he always answered honestly. Thoroughly recommend Clean Power Australia. Will only use Clean Power.   cannot fault the company. Teegan was very helpful throughout the process especially when we were applying for the no interest loan from the Government incentive. She helped us through the process and kept in touch with us regularly. The installers were courteous, tidy and were here on the arranged day for installation bright and early. He was very thorough in letting us know the best system for us and the reason why.  Dan also met us on site so we could discuss the best place to locate our system. Service has been very good : installation was excellent: so far equipment has worked to specification. I did not shop around. You should. I was I bit caught up in other issues and took a punt. But it's working out so far. After 6 months or so I have decided to add a 5kw battery module so that we have 15kw storage in total. This is for summer a/c when the sun goes down. Today Tegan called us and nicely sucked us in for an extra 5 kwh. Very good to deal with.  Considering some of the horror stories I am happy to strongly recommend Clean Power - purely based on my experience. Promises made - promises kept. No yeh but no but........

Henry came to discuss installing a battery to our existing solar panels. Henry was lovely and extremely knowledgeable. After reviewing our bill, he identified that while our existing panels were great quality and all working fine, there wasn’t enough to sufficiently power the size of our property and how we use electricity. He suggested adding more panels with a Sig battery to finally make our home completely solar efficient. The whole process was completed within 3 weeks. On the day of installation, the team turned up on time and had fitted our extra 15 panels and battery within 6 hours. Kurt was a legend, he explained how we monitor our usage through the App. We are now a week in and couldn’t be happier. The team are there to answer any questions and are extremely friendly and helpful. My only regret is that we didn’t get on to this sooner. Thanks guys. 😎

What are the benefits of solar?

Your power bill drops immediately and you are protected from rising energy prices. You can sell unused energy back to the grid, and a battery with a backup gateway keeps the whole house running through the evening peak and during a blackout.

How long does an install take?

Most residential systems are installed and switched on within a single day. Larger systems, or homes needing switchboard work, can run into a second day. We tell you which applies before you commit.

Do you handle the paperwork and rebates?

Yes. We lodge the grid connection application, handle the STC rebate assignment and manage any state scheme paperwork you qualify for. You sign, we do the rest.

What warranties do I get?

Panels carry 30 year performance warranties, batteries up to 12 years, and our workmanship is covered separately. Every warranty is held with a manufacturer that has an Australian presence.

Are you accredited?

Clean Power Australia is a NETCC Approved Seller, which is the company-level mark under the New Energy Tech Consumer Code. Your system is installed by SAA accredited installers, which is the individual qualification required for your system to qualify for STC rebates.
